Hello!

I'm Jamie Current, a photographer in Bloomington Normal IL. I fell in love with photography 15+ years ago and have spent the time since learning and creating priceless images for my own family and my clients.

I strive to create photographs that are meaningful, beautiful, and authentic. My favorite sessions are full of images of people enjoying real laughter, tight hugs, and loving connection. I edit every image in a clean style so your images are only dated by the ages of the people in them, not by the current photography fads. Year after year, your images will "go together" in your albums and on your walls.

I use a professional full-frame Canon mirrorless camera with prime lenses: 35mm, 85mm, and 135mm. I hand edit each photograph in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop on my Mac computer.
